We strongly believe that you will only succeed in doing so by carrying out the change yourself and if all people involved will feel the sense of urgency and believe that the change is meaningful and sensible.

We do understand that there might be resistance. We believe that it is far better to prevent resistance than to have to learn to manage it! It is, therefore, crucial that you consciously take into account the effect your change management has on the behaviour of the people involved.

AjnaFactory provides coaching for change agents: leaders, managers, project managers, process managers, Change Teams, deciders etc. The change agent him- or herself is one of the most effective change instruments!
